Crown Store Wardrobes - Request : Sale

Pretty please! There are 2 gowns and 2-3 non-gownie wardrobe items i'd like to buy but they haven't been on sale (i've been back a 2 months and haven't noticed a sale on them yet, apologies if there was one, I missed it)
Could we also get an in-game method of achieving some wardrobe/costume items aside from "rogue-ish" armor? (Thieves guild, dark brotherhood etc)
In the thieves guild DLC, there is a shop in Hews Bane capital city, a clothier that makes fancy gowns and suits. Why not make that one actually have the ability to sell wardrobe items for ingame currency? (could be different wardrobe items too, not just whats on the crown store)
