PC NA game freezes

The game freezes (again) before I ever get to the character select screen. This kept me from logging in for 4 days during jubilee and now it's back.

I have. It doesn't work. Whatever is going on is something on ZOS end. The bugs and performance issues have been atrocious this year.

With the crash troubleshooting not helping, the next step you can take is starting a ticket with customer support.
