Grim Focus keeps losing stacks (stam morph). The stacks are removed before or at 5 stacks before firing the bow. Started happening after the latest PTS update. This is happening on Live in Cyrodiil. Was not happening in PvE earlier in the day. Will test again in PvE later and update.
