One Option - Merge it into another skill (the resolve buff) and use the animation for a new skill

or

Another option, a damage shield added to it.
Either personal or group, I think Arcanist is the only 1 of 2? healers with a group damage shield?

The skill looks so "placeholderie" the way it is right now :|

    Imo, merge ice fortress and expansive frost cloak into the same morph, and repurpose the new morph for a damage dealer skill that still allows us to give major resolve to our group.
