Xbox: Lose 1 of 15 crates when opening after buying thru UI path starting with Armor Advisor

Summary

I bought 15 crates. After opening 1, I had 13 left. The missing crate happened after being stuck at a blank Pacrooti screen.

This is on Xbox.

The steps involve starting at Armor Advisor, going to Crown Store, going to MS Store, back to Crown Store, then a defective Pacrooti Crate Opening scene that triggers after opening 1 crate.

My ticket in the Xbox system is 240426-002355.

Detailed Steps

In game, Markarth.
Summon Zuqoth Armor Advisor.
Select 'Armory.
Select 'Unlock New Build Slot'.
Crown Store opens.
Press 'Y' then 'A' to 'Buy Crowns'
Microsoft Store opens.
Finish transaction to buy 14000 crowns in Microsoft Store.
Back in ESO Crown Store.
Select Flame Atronach Crate (15).
Press 'X' to confirm for yourself.
Press 'B' to back out of Store. Not sure of this step, sorry. Don't want to buy more crates to verify.
Pacrooti Crate Opening Screen appears.
Text reads "Flame Atronach Crate (15)".
Open 1 crate. Things go OK.
Press whatever button is required to open next crate.
Pacrooti Crate Opening Screen looses all UI elements and bottom status bar. Just animated Pacrooti sitting on crate in Markarth background.
'B' and 'A' button do nothing.
'View' button exits Pacrooti Crate Opening scene.
Scene is back to in-game Markarth.
Press 'Menu' button.
Select Crown Store > Crown Crates.
Pacrooti Crate Opening scene reads "Flame Atronach Crate (13)".

You will note that the total goes from 15 to 13, missing 14. The contents of create 14 were never claimed but it was deducted from my total.

I bought 5k worth a week ago and got down to 1 and I was kicked out of the crown dude screen. When I went back, that box was magically gone. I didn't have time to go through the motions of reporting for one sole box. But I'm throwing that here in the thread incase it's happened to others besides OP.
