Passenger on dual mount getting instakilled by small drops

It is a pretty frequent occurrence, at least, on the Duo-Dynamo Dwarven Spider. I suspect it might have something to do with errors in speed calculations between two clients, but I had a passenger getting instakilled several dozen times by now, including pretty reliably at places like the staircase leading out of Ebonheart.

ShinzSoul ShrivenUsing duo spider too and can confirm it also happens rather frequently, passenger seems to be taking a lot more fall damage, and today it happened without even falling off of something, just riding on flat ground the passenger got killed instantly while the driver had 100% health1
