This bug has not been fixed yet.
I know other players were able to resolve the issue by reinstalling their console.
But did you know that you can't do that with MS Cloud Gaming?
I think this needs to be addressed as a separate issue.
●Bug content
Unable to log in with NA server character when playing on XBOX Cloud Gaming.
When I try to log in on the character selection screen, the game freezes for about 5 minutes and then a server error appears.
Other things I've tried are as follows
・I was able to play the game on the Xbox console.
・I was able to log in to the cloud gaming EU server.
・Before the maintenance on April 10th, it was possible to play on cloud gaming.
・I deleted one character from the NA server and created a new character, but I was unable to log in.
・I deleted the cloud save data from the Xbox console, but it didn't fix the problem.
・Since it is a cloud game, the data of the game itself cannot be deleted.
Will this bug be fixed in next week's maintenance?
