So I just got booted from the game a couple minutes ago. No bigs... that happens with games that require you to be connected. So I log back in. Only to be given an error message and a link to click. Which I clicked. Only to find out that I'm expected to wait 15-20 minutes before I try to sign in again any time this happens.

Have you all lost the plot? You charge money for this?

    Update: It only made me wait ~10 minutes.

    I still think that's quite absurd. Is there really no way to force the character to log out and have a save state sooner?

    We appreciate the update regarding this login issue. There is no way to force the character logout process to go more quickly. As this issue is now resolved, we will be closing the thread going forward.
