Is Azure Ombre a reference to blue-haired Bretons in Daggerfall?

The description of the blue hairstyle from the Allmaker Crown Crates reads as follows "Why did I choose this stunning blue hair style? First, it's my choice! Second, if you can do this, you're a master alchemist and hair artist like me. Why not flaunt it?"—Dabienne Geontene of Skingrad



Now I might be stretching things, but the name Dabienne Geontene is one that is Bretonic in nature, and female Bretons did have blue hair as an option during Daggerfall. Do you believe this hairstyle is a callback to it, and maybe an in-universe explanation for its presence?

It's probably just an unintentional coincidence but that's a fun bit of headcanon to have!

I hope we go easy on the anime hair colors, altho I don't mind having some blue hair now and then.

I also want more cute hair accessories, more flowers or little pins to put up in the hair

Maybe, but the sense of detail when they brought the unexplained "Druids of Galen" from the flavor text of Arena back into ESO High Isle let me think it's not a coincidence
