Can someone tell me what this entails pretty please?

It's awfully vague, description-wise..

And the stereotypical apologies should this have been asked already..a quick google search was not of help.

....i kind of grasped that on my own to be frank....

Was more interested in whether said 'effect' is additive, multiplicative, taken into consideration before or after effects such as magicka/stamina coefficients, guild passives, etc...

As stated up there at top, a touch too vague a description
