Are you actually missing inventory items or gold? If you aren't, then it isn't an actual rollback, you're just being rubberbanded back to the last point you were standing before the server went down. If you're missing any items, gold, or quest progress, then it's a much more serious issue.

ETA: Just DC'ed myself and stuck in a login queue again

I just picked a few mats before heading up there and they were gone so it was a rollback. Some were just rubberbanding but the first was a rollback. Nothing major gone, just a few mats.

Hey there, just wanted to add my 2 gold's worth. I was playing last night, logged in around 9-9:30 p.m. PDT & within an hour was having weird lag issues. I thought it was just my computer since it's been very warm in the house, but then a guildie mentioned they were having issues. Then the rest of the guildies began to mention it as well. As the evening went on, the lag spikes got worse - freezing, people blinking across the screen, spells/combat arts not firing off, crafting not occurring (resulting in multiple crafts due to not realizing what's happening), unable to turn in writs, inability to open reward crates & getting a spinning circle after clicking to open before finally getting a list of what's inside only to have the game freeze when you try to take the items.

Got kicked 3 times & was able to get in fairly quickly, but after the 4th time I got an Error 103 (Server returned no information). Came to the forums, then couldn't get logged in to reply so returned to the game to see if I could get back in & I was able to BUT I had been rolled back by several minutes. Character was standing in front of the cookstove with her Provi writ unfilled (always my last one in Vvardenfell) and when I was kicked, she had opened all but one of her daily writ boxes & all of the Jubilee boxes that had been rewarded. I lost several motifs & plans and of course I do not have a screenshot. Seeing that this issue is continuing makes me concerned about logging in but if I do not, I will definitely not get the Jubilee horse...

This was on PC-NA.
