PTS - GOLD ROAD - Beragon dialogue not matching onscreen text (first visit to his house)

When first meeting Beragon, Leramil and Tribune Alea in Beragon's house in Skingrad.

First screen of second dialogue with Beragon (so after speaking with Beragon, then Leramil, it's the first part of speaking to Beragon again).

I've included screenshot of displayed text above, but the audio is completely different and starts with the line;

"Now that you mention it, I've heard of greenspring seeds...."

Next few screens match their audio, then on this screen;



His audio again doesn't match, and he begins with;

"When we talk to King Nantharian, you should lead the discussion. Tribune Alea is just as likely to start a war as an argument...."

The rest of his dialogue options all match.
