First of all, I would like to make it clear that I trust Zenimax. I've been playing ESO for a long time and the problems I had have been resolved. But I have to admit that I'm worried about a few things:

If the problem that started today will take several days to resolve, and my account will remain in "banned status" for the next few days, then will I miss the anniversary event? I mean, I was logging into the game religiously every day to get the confetti and get the mount.

I'm also farming the last staff I wanted to get at the anniversary event. What will be done to compensate for this? Is there any planning?

I would honestly like some kind of statement from Zenimax regarding this, as losing this event would really upset me.

- I mean, I'm talking about Endeavor Seals that I missed from this Monday. (Not only did I get the 220, I made sure to tell everyone in all the guilds that they were about to get it too).

I'm also talking about the gold from items I sold at the merchant during Monday, which wasn't much (around 200/300k), but it's still gold that should be mine. And I'm REALLY worried about how long I'll be absent from the event I was religiously attending.

    (I literally had over 2 years of ESO Plus, and as far as I know, a "banned status" loses the subscription. I genuinely hope this doesn't happen to my account).
