Are these spots LEGAL for gameplay? In particular, are they LEGAL for CHAOSBALL?

I'm having a discussion with a player who considers the following spots OFF-LIMITS for BG gameplay because of potential line of sight issues that some may have when targeting someone at these linked to spots.

This idea opens up many questions. What about hanging out in areas that are hard to reach? What about moving around terrain, pillars, boxes, and the like that may cause someone to lose their target? What is LEGAL?
Don't tank

If you can get there without glitching then you're allowed there and it's legal lol

Those particular spots are just hard to get to, and aren't actually bugs. Should you be able to get there? Maybe not, but ZOS likely won't change anything because they never touch BGs.

There's still plenty of spots you can get to holding the ball that are actually glitches - i.e., clipping through terrain. They've existed since BGs were introduced, have been reported multiple times, and have never been fixed, because BGs don't receive any developer attention.

On that particular map, you're better off just bringing the ball to the room below your team spawn point and parking in a corner on either side of the narrow hallway into the room. Its a built in choke point that the other teams can not get through, then your team keeps the ball after you die, rinse repeat. The funny part is that its probably much harder to get in the spots your friend uses to win than keeping it simple
