Agreed - watched the vids, mimicked race and build and come anywhere close to the Magicka and Health in pvp
I've been running (like this set up) Crafty, Ancient Grace, DDF, Magicka mundus, 64 points in Magicka, arcane jewelry, most armor magikca glphs, but my max magicka is 63k.
This video relies on all raid buffs to get to that extreme number. In PvP I basically never have warhorn or those other buffs.
However 63k magicka works

In the video I go over why I needed the buffs, and it was only for the warhorn. You can still get 79k magicka without it using vamp. The thumbnail showed all true stats without raid buffs included which was 89k mag if you're in a duo or trio and someone uses warhorn and 6.1k spell dmg.

How does Vamp buff the magikca? I have everything else you have but even 30 DDF stack 63k is the top. I'm using bewitched sugar food, maybe you use something else there

Oh, I see, you have swarming scion on plus minor toughness = ~14k extra health. Thats how you get 44k health. Same build for me is 32k health with DDF buff. Swarming scion is an incredible 335 ulti so it does not have a great uptime.
Swarming scion also adds 10k magicka.
You also have Hircines and Worms raiment buffs plus aggressive horn.Horn and scion add 20k Magicka, so subtract that (and substract anothe r2k from the 10% boost) and you are more in my range.
Without Worms raiment your MRegen is very low, I use 3x magicka regen
I use 2 piece Chudan instead of one piece Domihaus and 2 trainee. This makes me a little more tanky in PvP.
Also I don't use infused armor, just divines and some impen.
I think if I did infused armor with magicka glyphs, and one piece Domihaus, I could get near 65k which is the practical upper limit in PvP unless you are in a highly organized 12 man that can provide all the above buffs.
I never clicked on that vid, because I'm tired of these "highest possible" clickbait vids.
(now I know once again that this was the right decision)
You should try to get emp and make another clickbait video with: "Highest max Mag Build in the universe 140K blabla"
(blabla could be your WpnDmg or 60K health or whatever you think give the most clicks....)

It wasn't clickbait. This is the highest possible max magicka you can get. All you need is someone with warhorn to get 89k mag? I don't see how that was clickbait. But, I mean you obviously didn't do your own research.

It's not exactly click bait but it also leaves people feeling like that when the title can't tell you uptime or the amount of situational things required to make the claim happen.
At the point where ultimates are required the value really starts to drop for most people. Not saying you or anyone else shouldn't share, just wanted to comment on why some people are turned off by the short titles that leave out a lot of gotchas that you only see in the video.
A title like highest possible max mag build (ultimate and x buffs required) might be more accurate in telling someone if they want to click.
