Has the Nine Coruscations book been added to the game in the new update?

Has this lore book been added to the game yet? https://en.m.uesp.net/wiki/Online:The_Nine_Coruscations

I’d very much like to find it, if it has, but I’m having trouble finding anything on it other than it’s text on UESP.

This is potentially the most fascinating lore book added to ESO since the Truth In Sequence series, mainly because I’m super interested in Meridia lore and Kirkbride’s Magna Ge pantheon. Add that to the new implications of Ithelia and the Prisoner and this piece is perfect!

If anyone finds it or knows an answer, please let me know!

Edit: I should add that I’m a proud Xbox NA console pleb. I do not have access to add-ons.

Also, just to be clear, these are brand new books. Not to be mistaken for anything that was in ESO’s base game all along.

Vol I and Vol II are in...
the section of tunnels behind the waterfall in the "Flesh Gardens" area of the Reliquary of Stars in Grahtwood.
The books are both placed behind pillars in two separate side alcoves.
The books seem to be accessible to all, regardless of quest status.

Are you referring to the “Flesh garden?” If so, where specifically inside the rectangle/square?

(Of course that’s what it’s called. Oh, the Ayleids!)

I need to read/study it more, as I only skimmed through it during the quest. The Magna Ge and early days of Mundus have always been one of my favorite topics in TES lore.

then you'll probably also want to read the books that can be found in Dune during the same quest.
