While slotted on either bar

I am sorry if this is repeated discussion (i don't know if its repeated) but please could we have guild and alliance skills do the same? while slotted on either bar instead of "while slotted". this would help many people greatly

Same request could go to most classes. Nightblade so far can almost fill their entire back-bar with passives but other classes got 1-2 abilties.

Yes because Cloak and Siphoning Attacks totals at an entire back bar.

- Cloak, both morphs (major prophecy/savagery for invis, minor protection for HoT)

- Siphoning attacks (healing on damage + sustain)

- Spec bow (building stacks that grant raw damage)

- Soul harvest (ulti gen)

- Concealed (minor expedition)

There's 5 abilities right there, or 1 ability short of an entire skill bar (including an ultimate), that have passive bonuses while slotted on either bar.

So YES! 100% NB can almost fill their entire back bar with passive skills.
