So I was told that this reciple buff food was good for stamina arcanists and not too expensive https://elderscrollsonline.wiki.fextralife.com/Dubious+Camoran+Throne

i was wondering if there were better buff foods for stamina arcanists, that are not too expensive to make if i have the recipe. I have provisioning maxed out to 50, so I should be able to make anything.

Really depends on whether you're running Coral Riptide, what your race is, whether you or someone is running Zenas' Empowering Disc, how much sustain your healers are throwing you, and so on. If you run Coral, you want your sustain balanced "just so". You'll have to experiment with different foods and it may depend on the trial in question. Personally I'm on an Imperial and I don't run that set. Since I already have 2K extra health from my race and prefer decent sustain, I run blue food, e.g. Lava Foot Soup.
PC EU: Magblade (PvP main), DK (PvE Tank), Sorc (PvP and PvE), Magden (PvE Healer), Magplar (PvP and PvE DD), Arcanist (PvE DD)
PC NA: Magblade (PvP and PvE every role)

Because I run coral, I just use bistat max health max stam food.

Bistat is pretty inexpensive, and there's 3 recipes you can choose from but I don't recall them off the top of my head. If you do max level crafting writs you can probably craft it already.

I believe you're thinking of these:
    Braised Rabbit With Spring Vegetables
    Garlic Cod With Potato Crust
    Sticky Pork and Radish Noodles

Yep, I run the blue food for endgame. Run Ansuul + Deadly on my stamina arc. I like running higher health with the newer trials. No sustain issues in trials with the build. You could easily run Lava Foot if you had sustain problems
