Game closes, Error 307 - Booted from server

Not sure if this is related to the u41 Crash/Freeze issue, but my game closes consistently 5-8 minutes after starting. This happens anywhere from Character Select to in-game.

I've tried everything on the troubleshooting list. Same results.
I've tried different connection methods (hard line, wi-fi). Same results.
I've tried going from NA to EU server. Same results.

At this point I'm pretty sure I've tried everything short of a complete purge and reinstall of the game. I even swapped to the Beta Launcher to see if that made any difference. It doesn't, although the beta launcher catches the game failure error. The ONE time it threw an actual error message, it was 307 - Booted from server.

I'm at a loss right now. I can't stay logged in to grind for my Jubilee boxes/Confetti Packs, and I'm lucky if my connection holds long enough to eat cake and get tickets.

Anyone got any ideas?

I have also tried rolling back my NVIDIA drivers as far back as December, same results.

Also, I have discovered that this happens even if I -don't- actually log in. I fired up the game, and let it sit at the login/PW screen and sure enough, BAM! 5 minutes or so, game closes, Launcher says the game launch failed, try repairing.

To say this has gotten infuriating would be, at this point, an understatement.

Spectrum doesn't support static IPs on residential...no surprise there. It was working just fine on dynamic IP previously anyway.

Did the DNS flush, restarted just for luck, flushed again, same results.

Ticket has been submitted...

We managed to continue troubleshooting, and discovered that running the game on a new Windows User account eliminates the problem.

Now I just need to figure out how to clean my main user account to fix the issue, as swapping user accounts just to play ESO is a bit of a PITA.

Thanks for the further update and sharing what you've tried so far. One possible culprit could be some service running in the background. The troubleshooting below can help with discovering if that is the issue or not.
