Do jubilee confetti packs drop from purple reward boxes?

And if so, what's the approximate drop rate?

I have opened a few hundreds, and the only 2 confetti packs so far I got were from the gold boxes. So given that the achievement requires 25, and there would be 20 from gold, wonder how hard would the grind need to be? Or would they HAVE to be bought for tix?

Looks like it's only 1 confetti/day ... soooo pick that lint from your pocket and turn them coins into tickets

Seriously though ... gotta say if this is the 10th anniversary birthday event of ESO, it's pretty lame. I'm still expecting something unexpected to popup but yeah.

Anyways, grats for the devs to have the game running over 10 years. It's not an easy achievement.

They straight up told us that we would have to buy the rest in the hype article, so, tickets are gonna have to spent on the mount.

Can you point where? Is it something OTHER than the article describing the event? Because https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/news/post/65753 has not a single word about confetti at all.

Why 15 tickets? Isn't it 5? The event lasts 20 days so that's 20 glorious boxes, and the mount is 25 tickets.

So it's 5, not 15.

Well, you get 60 tix this event, so don't exactly have to use the crowns even if you buy everything that doesn't drop:

15 (confetti) + 20 (fragments) + 15 (imp) + 7 (pie slices) + 3 (pie 2024) = 60

Well, you get 60 tix this event, so don't exactly have to use the crowns even if you buy everything that doesn't drop:

That's true for us enthusiasts whom log in every day and do the calculations ;D

Not so for the casuals whom log in at the last day and realize they don't have enough confettis nor tickets to buy them. At that point they can either buy the tickets or delete the confettis from their inventory (or save them with a hope they can use them next year to get the jubilee mount..). Which is a bit sad as it should be anniversary event.

Same is true for any event where something is obtained for tickets though, so... I would say more of the problem with this event and tickets is that you need to perform an action that is no longer relevant to anything else -- summon and eat the cake. Before, it was giving the XP boost, other events, you get tickets for the same action that gives you the gold box, this event, it's too easy to forget to get them.

Here's another related question - do you have to have all 25 at the same time to use and get the mount?

Because there are other fragments that don't work like that, and you can consume them as you go, the way I have been doing. But there's no running total in the info panel for the fragments and they aren't tracked in the Collection tab... but there's nothing in the tips that says they should all be consumed at one time.

If there is a place to see the running total, where is it?

Consume as you go works. You can see the total in the Holiday Event achievements section.
