Bound Armaments Bugged NA PS5

Bound Armanents Active ability is not firing in or out of combat. I’ve tried with all weapon types. Passive ability seems to be work fine. I’ve already submitted a couple tickets for this to no avail.
Hoping to get some visibility on this. Please comment with screenshots if you’re encountering this bug as well. I’ve added a screenshot showing test w/staff. Can provide other screenshots of other weapons upon request. Thank you!

All skills in the game are weak and buggy so it won't get fix until 2030

Is this an April fools thing? What does this screenshot prove? Is it that the ability is greyed out for you? That is to be expected as you have no daggers floating around your head.

Last year they updated BA and Grim Focus to not require the user to pre-buff to start earning stacks. It just happens passively now, from either bar.

When you light attack, you get 1 dagger, when you heavy attack you get 2 daggers, for 10 seconds. It caps out at 4 daggers. Press the ability again to fire them at your enemy.

Oh!! Then perhaps I am indeed an idiot!! So, to be clear, I won’t need to actually “activate” the ability to spawn the daggers simply start light attacking and it’ll do it’s thing?

For some time now, yes. You only activate it to send daggers out.
