I have several problems and I can't find the solutions....

I have several problems and I will explain them listed:

1- I can't see the bank of any of my guilds

2- I can't see any seller from any of my guilds

3- I go to any seller and they only say "goodbye"

4- I can't send emails, when I try to send it it says "Sending mail is currently disabled"

5- According to my friends, who have whispered to me, and I have answered them, they are not getting my messages. The same thing happens with the /zone channel and with /say. While we are in a group they do read me and in the guild chat they also read me

I don't know what's going on, I put in a ticket yesterday and they haven't told me anything or responded and more than 24 hours have passed.

    that sounds like whats called a "social ban" which basically limits all features that interact with other players

    make sure you respond to your ticket to make sure it doesnt get auto-closed, its also possible they are working on it

    i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

    Well, it seems strange to me, because I haven't whispered to anyone I don't know, nor said anything to anyone for it to supposedly be that.

    The AI ZOS is using to social ban people needs to be disabled. It's auto banning too many people for nothing.

    The thing is, I haven't done anything at all xD, and I think it was Monday when I decided to put things up for sale and I didn't have the option, among the other things already mentioned.

    Well, they are having a hard time, because it's been 3 days since this and they haven't told me anything.

    The passivity they have when trying to solve this is immense, they do not answer me neither to the 2 tickets that I have posted, nor to the forum and to the private message of an admin

    I understand. Waiting a long time for an issue to be resolved can be frustrating.

    In the past (back in 2022), it once took customer support over 2 weeks to resolve a ticket. And that was Guild Wars 2 customer support.

    I guess eso customer support is overwhelmed with the infinite amount of tickets/reports they gotta go through. Oof.

    nothing, these people don't solve anything, they don't answer either, anyway..... I have to put in another 20 more tickets or get out of here

    I am giving you 3 screenshots that show you the problem I have, I even made a video so you can see it clearly, and even then you are not able to solve this.

    And the thing is not that they don't solve it, the thing is that almost a week has passed since this, and they haven't even answered anything a los tickets, and I have already put 3

    Reply to the original ticket, dont create new ones it will put you to the back of the queue

    I already did it, with all 3, and I posted the first one on Monday, I don't think it's possible that there are so many tickets, for almost a week later
