Volenfell quest bug - Lever

Quest progress gets stuck on 'Find the release lever in the Guardian's Skull' quest point unless you are the one to actually pull the lever - so if all 4 need quest for skill point, only 1 will get quest completion.

Annoying as hell, been broken for a while, please fix
