Undaunted Necrotic Orb Is Not Buffed By Grave Lord's Sacrifice Despite Being Buffed By Thaumaturge

Thaumaturge:
Increases your damage done with damage over time effects by 3% per stage.
Grave Lord's Sacrifice:
While in combat, summon a skeleton from the ground after 2.5 seconds. The skeleton leaps to you, sacrificing the fallen soul within and mastering your necromantic energies for 20 seconds, increasing your damage done with class abilities and damage over time effects by 15%. While active, your third cast of Flame Skull deals its damage in an area and creates a corpse near the enemy. Creates a corpse on death.
Both Thaumaturge and Grave Lord's Sacrifice buff damage over time effects, yet Thaumaturge works on Necrotic Orb, but Grave Lord's Sacrifice does not. This must be a bug, please fix zos...
Edit: the problem is actually the tooltip for DoT abilities such as Necrotic Orb are not being updated when the player casts Grave Lord's Sacrifice, despite the tooltip for necromancer class abilities accurately updating the tooltip. This is still annoying, please fix zos
