Defender of Orsinium achievement notunlocking Free crown store outfits

I have the achievement unlocked on my Xbox NA account but it always says "Requirements not met" despite having the appropriate achievement. I've tried rezoning, relaunching the game, trying to get them on a different character, and even trying to earn the achievement on a different character but I always get the same message when trying to redeem the outfits on the crown store

If you are not able to claim the items after confirming you have the achievement, please try clearing your save data: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/#en/answer/36158 This should allow you to claim the outfit.

We are glad to hear back that clearing the save data has helped with outfits not unlocking. With this issue now resolved, we are going to close this discussion.
