Yes, after 16 mins 11 seconds I was able to login.
After about 10 seconds I got 'Lobby connection lost' message.

The character I was in the game and got kicked from the server, when log back in again, had lost all the outfit style settings. Only the colours remained.

Yep. The toon was in the game, lost all the outfit settings too.

Got into a login queue. Came here only to see it wasn't just me, and that my wait is much lower than many here (only10 minutes). It is going down, so I'm OK unless it runs down then hangs or kick me at 1 second.

When I log into EU, my game just crashes with no warning lol
Also Aurora (https://github.com/antonpup/Aurora) is killing ESO on both servers, but that's a separate issue.
At least ProcessHacker isn't killing ESO this time around! : D
