Older Furnishing Recipes on a Max-Level Character?

The boxes of stuff for a new max-level character on PTS are great, but are the older furnishing recipes available in there anywhere? I'm looking and looking, and can't find any furnishing recipes in all those boxes except for Scions of Ithelia and Apocrypha.
