Combat -> Suddenly unable to Block or Interupt [FIXED/CLOSED]

Dunno if anyone else have experiencing this wierd thing, this has started to happen after last update.

While I am in a fight there suddenly randomly will be a time where I am unable to Block and unable to Interupt enemys to much frustration.
And it's not because I am out stamina, it just seems to be totally bugged out, when I either win, flee or die, Block and Interupt (Block + Attack) works again...

Dunno if anyone has experienced this?

    Did a few vPledges today, and the exact same thing happened several times, I am now blaming the multihreading recently applied.

    What happens exactly:
    Enemy starts healing/throwing CC (gets red sparks).
    I hold Block and half the time, Block doesn't even happen, therefor Block + Attack does NOT work at all.
    Again I try Block, this time might activate and now I can Block + Attack and thereby Interupt enemy.

    I am pretty confident that this has something to do with multithreading issues, there has also after this implementation started to be these delayed animations, late spell activations and so forth.

    As an extra info, this NEVER happens out of battle, here Block, Attack and Block + Attack never fails.

    It seems that ZoS have been able to fix the problem. I can now Block, Interupt & Break-Free again.
