i guess my accout get attack
because i can not reset my password or have a code
i have np too have the email from eso support
also i look all my email setting nothing block noreply@mail.elderscrollsonline.com and also put never block eso and put in safe sender list
still i told them send support from this site and nothing
is 3 day the support reply me with nothing but bot reply .and have all my info to call me, this is really poor support

    Have you replied to the bot reply? Reply to it to say it doesn't resolve your issue and you should get to a support person

    my bet you give my account to someone else , the same you give guild from inactive players /facepalm

    i already give you my history credit card and all info on this account

    never get ban or anything

    why i can not log to my account with the same info i always use

    the game himself dont deny my password trying to send me a code same with the secret question
    3 day i waste my time is really horrible idk but human look to work the same of a bot over there , already give you my number to call me or change my email

    i just dont understand

    i go there reset the bethesda account password have the email but find anything there no message no ticket number nothing i have np to make a video to show you if you need just ask me in private

    no issue to reset with noreply@bethesda.net but this change anything to my game account noreply@mail.elderscrollsonline.com is not working so i can not change or reset my game account

    and everything from bethesda Redirect me to Elder Scrolls :(

    Are you trying to reset your Bethesda Account or your Elder Scrolls account? They are separate game accounts, that why Bethesda links redirect to Elder Scrolls.

    i reset the password of my Bethesda Account with any issue

    but the reason i`m here is for my Elder Scrolls account , but you link me https://help.bethesda.net/#en/my-support saying i have a update over there but in fact is got nothing o6mmef7sa3cs.jpg

    my issue is with noreply@mail.elderscrollsonline.com and think maybe my account is lock because to much failure too log idk
    i already look my email i have nothing on my block list and put all eso adress on my safe list already send a bunch of video to bill

    so maybe the easy way to fix this issue is changing email or you send me a reset too my Bethesda Account

    i think is more easy to stole account with eso vs to have back my account 10 year old account i pay for :* day 3 waste
    i will rate the support 1 / 10 is really horrible i`m honest i have 50 year old and is my worst support in video game history some little indie game have better support , longtime i dont play the game but i bet the game dying because issue are just to awful to fix with this game , i bet cyrodiil is still broken after 10 year
