Cyrodiil crashes

Customer support won't listen to me, and just sends auto responses, the most recent one telling me to post here, so here I am! The autoreplies telling me to reboot, clear cache, etc when it is a server issue, not me. My audiobook kept playing. No other game crashes like this.

In the past few days, I have been in Gray Host twice, trying ro advance my main charcter's rank and participate in Cyrodiil fun while getting double AP. Both days, I have disconnected to log out screen while outside of keeps. First one was riding to BRK under siege likely from Chal, while just outside. Second was riding from a camp back to Glade, again just outside. Upon trying to log back in, I can not, 2nd attempt will either not let me log on or do what 3rd try does and boot me back to previous location. I am losing out on double AP during Mayhem, and of course both times I had recently refreshed my war torte. There have been complaints about disconnecting going back a decade. It is not us, it is the servers. Complaints come from all platforms and locations. The queues are 2+ hours during prime time and it is also unacceptable faction hoppers are clogging up the queue. Please please fix Cyrodiil crashes, and allow people who have only ever had 1 alliance in Gray Host to be prioritized in queue, especially if disconnected
