Ability timers

Ability timers are being tracked through some of the buffs they give (major resolve, etc), but the tracker gets overriden whenever the buff is reapplied by someone else (like a wardens frost armor) and it makes it hard to track the actual ability duration.

My suggestion is : track the ability timer through some other component as minor and major buffs aren't very good indicators.

Templar's solar barrage was being tracked through the empower buff, which got overriden whenever you cast a mages guild and you have the "Might of the guild" passive, the ability tracker gets set to 10 seconds, which makes it very hard to keep track of the actual ability you care about.
