Getting Oofed

I have played ESO since the beginning of time, I have played on all platforms and servers. I play this game as a PVP main game ( since that what it was advertised as),. We are closing in on 10 years, let me say that again 10 YEARS, and things like stuck in combat, desync, and crashing during nice fights are still a thing. I was just in an hour plus fight at Aleswell and crashed and still cannot log in 20+ minutes later. Which means I don't know what happened, We could of lost the keep or I could have lost a beefy AP tick which if the later happened would be my 50th plus time that has happened. I feel ZOS is doing the least possible to fix the issues at hand, I seem to see very little improvements in QOL and not a single crown store item late. I used to buy crowns myself and then I realized that the money you make from selling ESO+ and crown store items and we get very little improvements over 10 years to items that have been a multi year issue so I quit supporting the ESO+ and Crown store ( and before someone states well they cant fix if we dont support them, think about the the amount you have sunk in the game and the advertised 22 million+ players, as advertised, and let that sink in)

Can we get an updated path forward on the performance improvements of the future, I mean we get non stop updates on crown store items why can we not have it for other stuff???
