I agree with banning players that knowingly exploited, but what happened to the concept of innocent until proven guilty?

Banning players just because they deconstructed an item and received back the same amount of transmutes that was the normal amount for years now, without any proof of intent... then taking weeks to clear their names and restore their accounts is not acceptable.

If a player is suspected of exploiting but there is no proof that they actually did, then send them a warning that they are under investigation and give them a chance to reply. But don't ban them without proof.

Highly doubt the automated query banned for people deconstructing a single item.

Hey all, we are going to close this thread down as this is not something that will be solved in a forum thread. We do want to offer some clarity around the issue of bans here however. First, we want to note that no bans have actually been given out. Currently, a very small number of accounts are subject to an investigation regarding the transmute crystals issue during the Crafter's Celebration. Those under investigation have been temporarily suspended during the investigation period and have been notified of this. Those impacted will be notified once the investigation is over and will receive further instruction. Please be patient as we work to conclude the investigation.
