Thanks, definitely sucks because I took time off work to play the event and just sitting here unable to play when I know that resetting the transmutes would take about 5 minutes
Call your boss up and say your vacation plans got cancelled, ask if you can come back to work.
I expect Zenimax has many accounts to review which takes time. So the time in processing regular tickets does not reflect on tickets related to appeals such as this.

We are not even waiting on appeals, we are waiting on results of their investigation, as we are "suspended pending investigation" and there's nothing to appeal as of yet as there is no decision. We actually don't even know the reason for the ban, outside of some TOS quotes that can mean literally anything. All replies we got so far in regards to the situation is that we must sit and wait and the support will follow up with us. So basically nothing.
I tried sending an account recovery ticket on Friday but so far that ticket has been completely ignored. Only "updates" I got are in regards to the original ticket from email and only after poking by replying to said email and asking here on forums.
One would think that with a massive ban wave like this they would allocate all the available resources for it. And yet not one person banned got a resolution as of yet.

Hey all, we are going to close this thread down as this is not something that will be solved in a forum thread. We do want to offer some clarity around the issue of bans here however. First, we want to note that no bans have actually been given out. Currently, a very small number of accounts are subject to an investigation regarding the transmute crystals issue during the Crafter's Celebration. Those under investigation have been temporarily suspended during the investigation period and have been notified of this. Those impacted will be notified once the investigation is over and will receive further instruction. Please be patient as we work to conclude the investigation.
