Me and my wife both have it enabled, yet when I was showing off my build to her -- I noticed from her screen that what seemed to be some nice flashy effects on my screen was completely invisible to her. Some of the spells affected were Hurricane and Blood Mist. Come on, I get it it's about performance, but we aren't idiots, make the option actually display everything for those of us that have above average PC's. Or add a third option "All" to literally display everything. I duo a lot with my wife and seeing each other's character flair their arms around without anything happening is silly and the opposite of immersive @ZOS_Kevin Also, having time, song emotes & weather actually be server based would be nice too, if that makes sense. i.e. someone plays Ragnar the Red but I hear Sway as we Kiss etc.
