Getting extreme latency regularly - not possible to play atm

Hi, i recently came back after a break so the game is freshly installed. No addons or anything. Ping is good but i get latency 999+ every 5-10 minutes and it holds for about 15 sec. It was like this before this pvp event too (char is lvl 10 now). I dont crash, i just freeze. I tried to change setting for SET RequestedNumJobThreads "0" and it didnt help. Game is repaired and installed on main drive C:/ Connection is cable and I run the game as administrator. 500 megabit up and down.

I dont have this problem while playing other graphic heavy games or mmo. I had to cancel my sub today as of this issue but i will renew it again if i can have this solved.

    Would recommend/tracert - there's a guide in ESO support with correct server addresses to see where exactly your added ping situated, be it you router, country, different country or eso server.

    Thanks, but I have been through that already. I dont have problems with other games or my computer in general, this only appears when i try to play ESO...

    I mean that if you'd submit a ticket with your tracert report pointing on ESO's side they'd be redirecting your ticket to the different team who aren't "making sure you have your pc on" but actually doing some job.

    I've been having the same issue, ping perfectly fine until I get a lag spike that lasts a few seconds, sometimes even disconnects me, but then goes back to normal for another 10-20 minutes, whenever I do use VPN it stops happening tho, so definitely another problem with the connection path.
    @MorvanClaude on PC/NA, don't try to trap me with lore subjects, it will work

    Thank you. I still need to try port forwarding, iv gone through all other steps. I have no ticket open.
