Keep Having "Must Have Valid Internet Connection" (PvP only)/ Unexpected internal Error

First of I'm originally from PC 2014. Then went to PS4 2015 to 2024 until PS Plus no more. I'm unable to pay $80 too much(extra $20)Anyway kept getting this error also. However I just went back to PC recently about 5 days ago and frankly I'm tired of this error. Only in PvP, since I'm mostly been PvPer all these years. Yesterday got me even more tired. When I waited 2 hours to join Gray. I been doing PvE quests while I waited. Finally got in Cyrodiil, Think I was at Arrius when I wanted to go to transit and think maybe wanted to transit to Bleakers. Then I looked at the map to go. However map suddenly disappeared. My skills don't work, yet chat zone worked and me walking as well as getting keep defense tick. Then got kicked and must have valid Internet Connection error occured. Logged back in and game out me back in Stonefalls I was 64 in que, got depressed and decided to log off, not wanting to wait. It's also weird didn't put me in Cyrodiil.

Anyways I forgot how to hide post to spoil. Not sure how to do this above. Sorry for long post above.

I want to add that I'm on Unlimited Broadband Internet. 16 download to 2 upload. (Used to be 5 upload until Internet Provider decided to give it to Business only... I understand it's probably my Internet. However I'm on NA server which it's local, I also was wondering if might help if I opened my ports. Not sure which ports must I do. I'm on Ethernet to. Since I also moved back to PC I noticed internal error. Had two of those.

What Does Internal Error Mean and Which Ports Do I Need To Open for NA PC many thanks everyone for helping me in advance.

Hi, I'm seeing, less of the error "must have valid Internet" I'm unable to do port forwarding due to me not have Steam client. Only the basic client from my ESO account. Unless it's possible to forward ports even if I don't have Steam Client? However, that Unexpected Internal Error is more recurring. Taking it's place. I play ESO several times a day and it seems only at Night Pacific time the Unexpected Internal error occurs. Which itself is weird, than again I'm kinda of still new to PC from PS4. But the down side of Unexpected Internal error, takes me 3 times to load in game every day from that error. I did found an article for the Unexpected Internal error. I just haven't done what the article said yet. Besides my ports issues and Unexpected internal error ESO is still fun for me.
