Why doesn't Adept Rider work in No-CP campaigns?

It isn't a proc so why is the 5th piece bonus disabled? I don't understand this. I was just in No-CP and it didn't work.

Zos knows it would be a best in slot set so they had to get rid of the 5th piece to balance it in pvp

Im wondering the same, I used it on my stamplar but dosent work in no cp.

Are Major Gallop and Major Expedition not in your character sheet under active effects?
they are there for me in no-cp

if they are there then maybe you have movement speed champion abilities that you forgot about, got used to having, and now noticed less speed due to those being disabled.

if the Major buffs really aren't in your character sheet under active effects then that seems like that needs fixing.

No, only Major Gallop is there. I tried both no-CP Imp City and Cyro. Not only did the effect not show but I could tell that the speed buff wasn't active. I tried using Race Against Time and that buff worked. The set did not work though.
