Cheesemongers Hollow Critical Error

I had started Cheesemongers Hollow and dealt with the Heavy Dummy and was moving towards the Light dummy when everything bombed and I got an error message. Whenever I try to restart I get right back to the error message. I saw that someone else had this problem before. I have done repair but am still getting the error and cannot load this character. The error code is: Pending data load error (7733713 - c000000000cac6f)

After a few hours, when I checked again, I was back in Cyrodiil, by the gate to Cheesemonger's Hollow. I avoided going off the path and everything worked fine.

This is happening to me too. I cannot sign in on my main character. It crashes during character load.
