When I port into Stone Eagle Aerie the entire program crashes. It's happened to two separate characters of mine. It seems to be working fine elsewhere for me, but the moment I try and enter Stone Eagle then I experience the crash. Is anyone else experiencing this crash?

I haven’t been to that house in a while, but I will have to go check. Usually when players get this they have nearly reached the max number of furnishing slots and the game is unable to load.

It would be helpful if you specified which platform and server you are on.

There's definitely a bug, tried it on both my gaming desktop and gaming laptop (both with high end GPUs) and the game crashes on both machines upon trying to enter Stone Eagle Aerie. I am on ESO+ and as far as I'm aware, I am not close to maxing out the furnishing in this house. So I don't think it's a bad or corrupted install, since both machines experience the crash. It's on server side, I think.

For any of you that may experience this issue, and have your character stuck at Stone Eagle Aerie each time you try to load in your character, with the program freezing and crashing (rendering your character stuck and unplayable): through troubleshooting I figured out a solution. If you are using addons (I use Minion), disable all addons, then select your character to play. Your character will then load into Stone Eagle Aerie without the program crashing, and you can fast travel somewhere else until all the bugs are resolved.

It might be some incompatibility between recently updated addons and that house or that portion of the game map, I am not sure. But at least this workaround allows you to get your character unstuck from Stone Eagle Aerie. Once you travel to a different location, you can re-enable your addons. It's not the best solution, but at least you can continue playing with your character, especially if it's your main one. It's a bummer that this problem makes Stone Eagle Aerie unusable in the meantime, unless you want to disable addons each time your travel there lol. I hope this helps.
