Bug, All house items gone and disappeared, not even inside Retrieve function under the menue.

As the Tittle implies Everything is gone statues, vampire pool, all mondus stones, all crafting tables, 3 trail dumbies, 2 vet dumbies 2 normal skellies, the 2 thralls dumbies plus the persercutor, zos is refusing too help as well and are claiming it is my end as well lol. years of work gone lol. any got shred of hope for me too cling onto? lmao...

When did they disappear? While you were in the game? Or did you see that everything was gone after logging in?

To answer both questions yes im on the correct mega sever. and when i logged on it was all there. but when i left the home to go to do motif farming. my guild said to check out my guild hall because everything is gone. so i traveled back to my guild hall and everything was gone. i checked the retrieve and my stuff was gone. i put ticket in but zos is pushing the blame on to me saying all the items show on there end. but i got all my friends and guild arent seeing anything as well.

That's really weird. Accidentially being on NA/EU/PTS was also my first idea, but you ruled that out. Other than that: If someone has permission to move your furniture, that could also be used for mischief, but you say things have disappeared from the retrieve tab in the menu, too... Sorry, I have no clue. Maybe a forum mod should be informed to look at it again?

If they came back, was it by chance after you logged back in? There was a bug a while back where the items would disappear but would usually reappear when you logged back in.

If @ZOS_Kevin, or any of the mods, stop by, they will undoubtedly want the customer support ticket number so it can be looked into.

i tried that but all items are gone. if i estimate right they got a hour left too rollback myaccount before i lose everything sadly. as for zos kevin and anyothers eithey havent seen this or are ignoring the post currently.

If it's really not user error or an addon like EHT having put your items in inventory/storage/bank, it sounds like it must be an unusual enough issue to take some time to track down. Hope you get/find your stuff!

It is a reference number. As I see it, you can Direct Message him, or just post it here. If you post it here, yes, everyone can see, but another mod might see it before Kevin. It is not uncommon for it to be posted in threads like this. Go whatever way you are more comfortable with.

I had a similar bug on my snugpod, all the furniture had vanished except some collection items. (PCNA, with addons)

Tried relogging, swapping toons, tried my other accounts. Empty on all.

However for me restarting the game fixed it and brought all the furniture back.

Which alone was weird.

Thanks for the advice. Sadly that doesnt seem to work at all here. Wish it was that easy for me. I redid the math and it's over 100k crowns I've lost apparently. Still no news or nothing so far tho. I hope it is fixed soon unable to even play ATM as well since idk if everything will be lost if they roll back or not or even if they can. Sadly means I can't use the time too use this event either.

What sometimes happens to me: I am in another player's home. I exit it from the main door. Return to it and I am in the not yet furnished home that I own.
Another question would be: Is it possible that some other player who had access to your home and with all rights played a very mean prank on you?

They can only move furniture, not take them (unless they originally made it and placed it). OP wrote that there was also nothing left in the "retrieve" tab, so that would mean it's gone and not just moved out of sight (e.g. below the ground).

Since when can other people place furniture in a house not owned by them?

Anyways, ZoS can see a lot more than 2 days back. They most likely wouldn't roll back your account for this. They would check to see if you had the items. Then see when they disappeared/where they went. And if they see it wasn't you would most likely restore the items and mail them to you.
