Error when joining a warrior guild. The figure of Aicesar has disappeared!

Hello everyone. I came here because technical support ignores this bug in the game and won't help me solve it. Instead, they want me to ignore a bug in the game.
But from the beginning. While playing, I found a joining information leaflet for a warrior guild. Which, of course, triggered a quest related to the character Aicesar from the warriors' guild in the city of Vivec. Unfortunately, while in the city of Balmora, I met a member of the guild, so I decided to join her, but it turned out that I still had to go to Vivec to complete the quest. That's why I decided to cancel the task for now and do it later. Then an error occurred. Well, this error caused the quest to disappear, and with it the character from the warriors' guild in the city of Vivec.
I know there is a bug, because after completing the task, this character is not removed from the game. I checked it on a newly created character.
That's why I'm reporting an existing bug in the game here. This is not only a cosmetic error, but also blocks the normal course of tasks for the guild, making the entire task unreadable to the player.

I hope that this error will be reported and fixed, because from my searches on the Internet, I found that there were players who encountered the same problem when canceling this task.
If necessary, I can even show a photo from the game on my character. If necessary, I can even take a screenshot and show that this error occurs on the character I am playing.
I wanted to receive compensation to correct the mistake myself by creating a new character. But they don't want to agree to that either. So please, if possible, I want this bug to be fixed in the patch.
