The details for other events are still being finalized, so we don't have information to share about other goodies yet. We'll have that information available sometime after the Amsterdam event in April.

@ZOS_Kevin Does the Alfiq plush add on when you are buying tickets come with a redeemable in game pet code like the Guar you get with a standard ticket or is it just the plush? Thanks.

Hi @ZOS_Kevin, unfortunately I am unable to attend the event and I am trying to get a refund for my tickets (which should be possible as stated on the ticket purchase page). ShowClix support says they cannot offer a refund. Do you have any advice where I can submit the request?

Accessibility

People often ask us if our site is accessible to those with mobility issues. SugarFactory is located in a former sugar factory, and conservation has been a priority during the redevelopment of the site.

The ground floor, including the Middenfabriek, Pulppersloods, Binnenstraat and Bietenwasruimte, is disabled accessible, but the upper levels are reached via stairs for the time being.

The ground-floor toilets are wheelchair accessible.

Also ZOS know that I'm going and I'm an electric wheelchair user! Never had any serious problems with accessibility at previous ESO Celebrations (although the video game arcade that we went to for the second day of the Las Vegas event last year required a security guard to let you in through a different entrance if you needed to take the building's elevator downstairs, and they were not at all clued up).

Hi @ZOS_Kevin, will we be seeing you again at the ESO Celebration or will you be stuck minding the forums?

UESP members have a bunch of questions:

[1] Is the food and drink included as in previous North American events (where all food and two drinks have been provided), or will it be more like The Cavern in Germany (where the drinks are free but food must be paid for?)

[2] Will there be any additional vendors selling items apart from the Bethesda Gear Store?

[3] If we do need to pay for food/drink or merchandise, will the event be cash-only, card-only, or some mixture of the above?

Thanks @baratron! I did check the SugarFactory site and emailed them. For us, we're ambulatory but have various fatigue/pain related issues that mean we can't stand up indefinitely (for example). I suspect it will all be fine, we just like to plan ahead.

Also thanks for asking the questions above which we are also interested to know the answers to!

Hi, I'm having an issue with a part of my reservation.

I bought my ticket a while back (the "even better ultimate package") but during the process I was never prompted to choose a T-shirt size. I'm guessing that's not supposed to happen, since the 'basic' ticket did have a size prompt.

I've been directed to several different e-mail addresses (showclix, beth info and beth community) regarding this, but never received a reply/solution.

Where may I get assistance?

Just saw the announcement for watching keynote and some sessions online via Twitch. Can you also add UTC time in the article @ZOS_Kevin ? It now only lists US timelines. And with summertime chances at different moments across the world this makes it bit difficult to convert.

Can you get the.drops by watching a replay of the livestream on the 5th? 6am is a bit insane.

Regarding the drops of the livestream, I can imagine that it will not being very good for the internet connection of the live stream if all attendees are also going to have the twitch stream running on their phones, so will those at the event get a code for the Skingrad Noble Snack emote? Or how will this work for them?

Drops will be available with the replay. We accounted for that knowing the stream may be early for some folks. So no problems there.
