I’ve been going through High Isle and Prince Irnskar mentioned that his father’s axe Suungir had songs written about it. Do these songs actually exist in game, either as bard songs or lyrics in a lorebook?

I don't think so. I definitively can rule out bard songs. I might have missed a lorebook, but also UESP shows no such result.
