Did I miss a fix for loosing Steed Mundus after the Goat portal in IA?

I read the patch notes and did not find anything about fixing this bug (loss of Steed Mundus stone after completing the Haefal's Butchery side portal). It really drives me nuts that I have to leave the IA every time after this side portal to restore the Steed Mundus through the armory and then head back to continue with the run. It gets old really fast.

    yes, a patch was released that should have fixed the issues of buffs dropping after certain events, like goat-form

    I do not know what was fixed, but I still loose Steed mundus stone after the Goat side portals.
