Lovely recovery when standing still!!!
But if I use my weapon, is that still considered standing still?
I am very squishy. Not sure standing still doing nothing is going to serve me well.
Anyone use this in PvP? Or solo PVE?

✭✭✭✭✭attacking is still standing still, as standing is related to your character physically moving, and normal attacks and most skills do not make your character move
gap closers are a unique case, as some are considered "teleports' which while they move your characters location are not counted as "moving" for the purposes of this set or related (NB dark cloak)plays PC/NA
