Double Bugs: Cannot submit in game ticket and Castle of the Worm

Good afternoon,

I have quite the situation. First, I ran into a bug with the Castle of the Worm main quest. After Cadwell opens the door at the end, I took the portal back to The Harborage as indicated by the Prophet. From there the quest did not update and send me back to the start of the quest but I cannot progressed beyond the door where you need the parts to construct the golem. Tharn is with me so it should be finished but it is not.

Second, I tried to submit it with the in-game quest ticket but the ticket system is messed up. I tried changing resolutions and even scaling the interface. Screenshot attached.

Please help. This is on PC-NA, not Steam.bmcfva5behpt.png

    I am still stuck. I cannot submit an in-game ticket, I have no responses here and my ticket I did submit was closed (I am guessing b/c it was under the quest option).

    I am not sure what to do.

    I have a suggestion:
    - first, go through the actions in the quest that are not working as intended, record it on video, and upload it to Youtube (or similar site)
    - second, use the ESO web site to raise a support ticket, with as much information as you can put into it, including linking the video
    - third, if the ticket isn't responded to quickly enough, tag ZOS_Kevin using the '@' symbol, and he may be able to follow up on the ticket on your behalf

    Thank you. I grabbed a screenshot. You can see Abnar, and Cadwell both in the Harborage but I am being directed back through the portal. So the quest seems to be stuck in a form of stasis, complete yet not complete but no way to complete that which is not complete. :)

    If you display the quest journal window, does it give any clues about what still needs to be done in the quest? Any uncompleted actions should be shown there.

    I haven't personally run into this bug, and I completed this quest on 7 different alt characters only a few months ago. Perhaps the bug was introduced by a very recent game update.

    I think its the step after Cadwell opens the door:

    From uesp.net: "At the end of the western path is a door. It's locked, and there's no way out. However, Cadwell runs up from the other side and unlocks the door for you. You talk to him and suggest he come with you to Tamriel. You can choose to bring him back to see the world, or to let him stay in a place he's familiar with. Continue down the tunnel to open the Path of the Scorned and drop into a pool of Azure Plasm and bodies. Swim out and follow Cadwell to the Prophet's portal."

    The part I bolded is where things went weird. I fell and landed at the prophet's portal so I do not think I got credit for the bolded part.

    I cannot go back in because the flesh atronach parts will not drop/spawn to build it to open the door and the door is warded otherwise.

    Can you abandon the quest and start again? Often that will sort this sort of problem out.

    No unfortunately I cannot. I do not see an abandon quest and I think MSQ ones are not able to be abandoned either.

    I was finally able to submit a ticket and got it fixed.
