Can’t buy a gift for friend PS5

Today I trying to buy a gift for friend from Crown Store, but it says that’s not allowed .

I already tried re installed the The Elder scrolls Online , but it does not solve my problem. Still can’t purchase gift.

Could you be so kind to help me

Does it say gifting not enabled? If so you need to raise a ticket to request gifting to be enabled
