Missed Reveal (net down)

My net was down for a bit today, unfortunately I missed the reveal. Will there be another chance to earn the emote?
(I did get the prepurchase as soon as I came back)

IIRC you can watch other streams (in EU I think) to get the emote.

There was a whole list of national streams (including German, French and many others) in the upcoming days that would also grant the emote. I can't find it at the moment, unfortunately, but it was somewhere in the announcements on this website.
