No 2nd Twitch drop

Lucky you, support just told me off last year when I had the same issue with the Necrom reveal items.

Initially I didn't recieve this years items either but unlinking and re-linking my twitch worked and I got them sent a few minutes ago.

I just earned the Pyromancer’s Quandary emote; and I received the 50% Gold Coast Experience Scroll by watching the Bethesda_DE twitch stream.

The second twitch drop was just a 50% XP scroll. It's value is not even worth the time to report the loss.

Same. I can’t remember when last time I got any drops. Watching twitch for drops is simply waste of time for me.

Whose Customer Service should we contact? ESO from in-game? The ESO website? Twitch support?

I watched as much of the stream as I was able to - it was during my workday and I had to close it early to attend a meeting, but I got a notification saying that the drop was available. Apparently the drop was only available to claim for an extremely limited period of time? When I logged into Twitch today because I did not see any in-game drop, it said it was available. But when I clicked on it - nothing in my inventory. Looks like it expired within 1 day or less, which is extremely disappointing. Is there any way to claim this now? If I watch a recap stream, will I get the drop or will it essentially tell me "you had your chance?"

The recap drop campaign is a separate campaign from the original reveal’s. You will need to start progress over because of that, but it is technically a separate drop.

Twitch drops need to be claimed within 24 hours of the campaign ending. Since the initial global reveal campaign was its own thing, it ended at the conclusion of that one stream. The global recaps will be another campaign that lasts longer.

ESO Support is able to grant the emote.
